Bareboat Yacht Charters Terms & Conditions 

Embarkation Time: Charter period starts from 17:00 lt
Disembarkation Time: Charter period ends by 09:00 lt
Redelivery of Chartered Boat: Compulsory return to the base by 18:00 the day prior your Disembarkation
Date for Yacht Inspection with Diver, refueling and Check-Out preparation.

Booking Included Items:
VAT 12%
Boat and all her Equipment
Dinghy with Outboard Engine
One set of Bed Linen, Towels and Blanket per Cabin per week
Yacht Insurance
One Bottle of Cooking Gas
One can of gasoline for Dinghy Outboard
First & Last Night Marina fees

Booking NOT Included Items:
Fuel
Food and Provisions
Mooring fees & Water supplied by marinas during charter
End Cleaning Cost

Optional Crew Services (Bareboat Charters)
Skipper: 190 Euro per day plus provisioning
Hostess/Cook: 170 Euro per day plus provisioning

Security Deposit
Damage Deposit on Bareboat Charters
As per Charter Party Terms, at the commencement of the Charter, Charterer shall provide, prior Embarka-tion, a Security Deposit of Euro 3000. Payments are accepted by Credit Card, VISA or Mastercard or in Cash.

Yacht Insurance
All our catamarans are insured by covering Hull and their equipment, Third Party Liability, Personal Accidentand Damages with a deductible (excess) – which corresponds to the agreed security damage deposit paidby the Charterer – with Pantaenius.

Sailing Qualifications
According to Greek Law, in order to be able to charter and navigate in Greek waters, you must fulfill below requirements:
1) One person should hold a valid sailing license typed in the English Language or translated in English.
2) One person should be declared as a co-skipper, having relevant experience and holding equivalent
Skipper certification or sign as self-declaration statement for the Port Authorities verifying his/her sailing experience.
In the event that, Port Authorities reject any of the above (valid Certificate or Declaration), White Blue Seas reserve the right to require that charterers hire a professional skipper, on Charterers account. Time required to find and approve suitable Skipper is subtracted from the charter period, on Charterer’s account.

CREWED Yacht Charters

Booking Included Items:
Charter fee includes the charter of the yacht with all equipment onboard in working order, stores, tools, toys, tender with outboard, Skipper’s wage and yacht’s insurance.

Booking NOT Included Items:
Charter fee does not include and charterer will be charged at cost, fuel for the yacht, fuel for tender’s outboard, any provisions consumed onboard, wines, spirits and other consumable stores, marina or port fees, customs charges, diver’s fees where required, VAT and other taxes, communication fees, shore-power electricity charges, water supplied in ports, transfers and tours, anything else not included in the charter fee. For all above costs, please refer to the APA deposit.

Crew Services (Skippered Charters)
Hostess/Cook: 170 Euro per day plus provisioning (mandatory)

Internet Wifi/5 GB: Euro 50 per booking
Safety Net for Kids: Euro 300 per Booking (installed)
Extra Linen: Euro 10 per set
Beach Towels: Euro 10 per set

Special Conditions for Skippered Charters:
Smoking is NOT permitted inside all yachts.
1)
All passage plans, itineraries, berthing locations etc. are suggested and subject Captain’s approval who is responsible for the crew, guests and the yacht itself and will evaluate prevailing weather and sea condi-tions during the charter. Yacht charters are not liner/passenger ships and can alter course and port of call anytime, always acting with safety first.
2)
Use of any toy, pwc or any other device onboard is permitted only to person that hold relevant permit/license, approved by Greek Port Authorities and always act according to local laws and regulations.
3)
Children of all ages are to be always under direct parent supervision or any other adult member of the guest list.
4) Any outstanding amounts due by the Charterers should be settled in cash with the Captain, prior disem-barkation.

Crew Gratuities
Tips are at Charterer’s discretion and option; however, it is customary a gratuity between 5%-15% of total Charter cost. It is clear that, it is not an obligation for the Charterer to leave a gratuity.

Booking Procedure & Cancellation Policy
Once you have discussed with us and decided on your next charter, the client has to formally request an Option (meaning the Right) of booking on the specific yacht, location and dates of preference, which is offered for a few days only (3 working days). While you have requested an Option, you should proceed with the final booking and advance payment of the charter, which is 50%. At this stage, the client has to provide all the details of the charter and declare the participants of the group. White Blues Seas Team will be
always by your side and send forms/questionnaires requesting information on your travel arrangements, preferences, any special requirements, proposed provisions list etc. If you have booked a Skippered Charter, all above requirements are passed to the yacht Captains for further arrangements.

A charter is considered fully firm (booked), on the following conditions:
1) Receipt of signed Charter Party to our email.
2) Receipt of payment – clear receipt of funds, free of any bank extras – (50% of total value of charter)
3) Balance of payment is received 45 calendar days before charter commencement – the latest.

Cancellation Policy:
In the unlike event a booked yacht needs to be cancelled, the following cancellation policy is applicable, as described in the Charter Party:
• An administration cost of 250 Euro will be applicable, for charters cancelled 90 calendar days prior Embar-kation Date.
• 30% Cancellation fee of the Total Charter cost, 60-90 days notice, prior Embarkation Date.
• 50% Cancellation fee of the Total Charter cost, 60-45 days notice, prior Embarkation Date.
• 100% Cancellation fee of the Total Charter cost, less than 45 days notice, prior Embarkation Date.
