The recent message communicated by the World Health Organization, is to be “BE PREPARED” regarding the recent Coronavirus (COVID 19) outbreak. We would like to share what we think might be helpful and useful at this stage, as we view this as a very serious global situation.
Worldwide Travel
First of all, the recent travel ban on all flights and trains might cause cancelation of charter boat bookings, so we strongly suggest all charter clients apply for a travel cancelation insurance or a quality holiday insurance policy that covers the period of charter.
As we all understand that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing uncertainty while you book or plan your vacations this year. In order to help our customer’s, we’ve updated our booking policies.

- If you have booked to travel to an area that is affected by Covid-19 with White Blue Seas, you can change your destination, and/or the date as long as you depart within 2020, subject to availability. We will have to renegotiate the difference, if the booking is more expensive and there is not any refund if the booking is less expensive.
- If there is an official advisory avoiding to travel to your destination or the border is closed to your country of origin, kindly CONTACT US about your booking’s Terms and Conditions.
In general, we can transfer the date of the charter or the year in order to help on this situation and avoid losing your funds.
